The Real Estate Analyst recommends properties in markets that research indicates will grow in the short to medium, as well as long term. This is why our market recommendations change over time. We place emphasis on the market fundamentals of supply and demand and advocate a counter-cyclical approach to property investment.

Once we have identified a market is in the right phase of it's unique cycle, properties in that market are sought out and subjected to a raft of benchmark tests to assess their potential as The Real Estate Analyst recommended investments. These range from rental market studies and financial analysis to background checks and demographics.
